Facilities Manager
Facility Management
- Oversee all shipping and receiving packages for the Company. Ensure that appropriate individuals are notified of packages received daily.
- Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures and work in tandem with Director of Operations to develop preventive and corrective maintenance planning to adhere to.
- Interact with all departments to resolve any pending facility issues in a positive professional manner
- Assist with upkeep of campus parking lot and disposal areas
- Pallet and scrap management
Fleet
- Work alongside service managers to maintain Company assets, to include maintenance, required documents, and GPS/Camera installs in accordance with the Company Vehicle Fleet Safety Policy
- Conduct regular Fleet inspections to verify safety equipment, cleanliness, maintenance and insurance cards are up to date and available.
Tools
- Maintain a complete, accurate, and up‑to‑date inventory of all company tools, equipment, and related assets with proper usage of the Company’s asset management systems.
- Monitor tool condition, usage, and performance to proactively identify repair, replacement, or retirement needs.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing preferred, but not required
- Prior facilities/inventory management experience
- Forklift certification, or willingness to be certified
Skills:
- Microsoft Office
- Must be able to consistently lift 25-50 pounds
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to read technical manuals and equipment documentation
- Problem solving skills
